Painting the Space Between Light and Memory
I'm a painter working in atmospheric abstract landscapes, primarily oil on canvas. My work explores mood, light, and the emotional register of place rather than literal representation.
My path here started in graphic and brand design, where I spent over 20 years building visual identity systems and creative direction for domestic and international clients. That design foundation — an eye for composition, hierarchy, and intentional choice — carries directly into how I build a painting today. Earlier in my career, my digital art was recognized with various awards and published in titles like Expose 2, d'artiste, and New Masters of Photoshop. These were early signals that visual storytelling was where I belonged.
I now paint with a focus on capturing atmosphere and a sense of place.
